Wk 3 Jeopardy

Jeopardy is a smart game not for the older people but it’s also for the younger peers, with the knowledge and thinking. The way we are building the game is a little different than the game show. We have similar rules but the categories are different which is describing about laws. I’m trying to figure it out on what topic that fits well with the questions which is very hard to come up with. There are so many definitions to know and to remember. I’m looking through the book and can’t seem to find the right words to put in the same categories, it’s so confusing. I’m also trying to make the questions more understandable for other people to get it. With all the information that is in the book, how am I going to get it through my head? I don’t quite understand on what they are saying. I guess the only thing I could do is read the definition and figure it out on the topics to put in. Picking a topic and the question would reveal; for example Fees must be paid to file a patent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This is the question that is being asked. Then you asked what the answer to the question is and that’s how to get the points. Another question is the fees required for filing a patent application, additional fees also must be paid for the patent to issue after allowance by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. So basically, is the same concept of the game but with different questions that relates to Patent Law’s?

Wk 2 What do you think of lawyers

What do I think about lawyers? Well I think that lawyers can be helpful and not helpful in some ways that they can. Lawyers can be discreet about some information that they won’t give out. They can be sly about anything so that they can get your money. You need to research lawyers before you go with the first one because some will take all your money and some will only take so much if you win the case. Lawyers are also good to have in court because they know how to go around the law to make you look like you innocent even if you did do the crime. If you have a lawyer you’re more likely win a case than lose it, you’re more likely to lose the case with a lawyer if the lawyer doesn’t know what they are talking about. To me a lawyer is someone that knows how to convince or to get into people’s heads to make them believe them. To be a good lawyer you need to know how to be a good talker you need to be sly with your words and know how to get people to like you and make them trust you by your actions. Lawyers are a good person to talk to when you have a problem instead of facing the law by yourself. If you get the right lawyer that’s good with the judge you get in court it easier to win more case then if the lawyer and the judge don’t like each other. So I think lawyer are good to have and sometime not so good because of money or how bad of a talker they are.

As a Web Designer, I love to focus more on designing the interface of web pages and with the knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash. I want users to see my design of being a web designer. The most interest is making flash sites that interact with the people. It is the most amazing thing that they came out with. I want all users like you to enjoy the web. And of course web is always changing and evolving but I want them to have an experience on the web. I want to make the web more beautiful and simple place to bring messages and other information to other people across the world. Sketching it out on paper, getting the right colors and brainstorming on what it needs on the web. I like to bring it into reality for people to see my designs. Having a beautiful, neat or simple web page is what I think people would like to see. What I like about the web is learning how other designers come up with the design and learning how to incorporate it into my design. It helps me understand more about the users on what they like on web sites.
